Old and tearing towels really need replacement!!! The room request process could use improvement to avoid unnecessary hassle and confusion!!! It's frustrating to hear rooms were available when I was told none were.

Wicked good stay! The room was clean and cozy. The staff was super nice. The restaurant had a wicked delish buffet that was a steal. Just a bummer about the pool being a bit cloudy, but overall, everything else was spot on!

Nothing to complain about, the venue met the purpose, couldn't recommend more it. Appreciated Veracruz, the hotel was great near by restaurants. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The rooms were clean, the staff was amicable. The location was particularly good and marvellous, you can visit Atlantic casino by walking.

The bed was super comfy and. I liked the room's vibe, it felt cozy and clean. The pool area was nice, a great spot to unwind, but it could have been a bit better maintained. The location is awesome though, right near the beach! Pretty solid stay for the price.

It was just a fitting option for taking strolls in Veracruz with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and was a pleasant surprise . Make sure to check out the pool but go early to avoid cloudy water.

Visited veracruz again and stayed at lois. The location was perfect, right by the boardwalk and close to the beach. My experience was superb with a clean room and a lovely breakfast buffet.
