Old and tearing towels really need replacement!!! Also, the room request process could use improvement to avoid unnecessary hassle and confusion!!! It's frustrating to hear rooms were available when I was told none were.

Wicked good stay! The room was clean and cozy. The staff was super nice. The restaurant had a wicked delish buffet that was a steal. Just a bummer about the pool being a bit cloudy, but overall, everything else was spot on!

It was just a fitting option for taking strolls in Veracruz with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and was a pleasant surprise during my stay. Make sure to check out the pool but go early to avoid cloudy water.
